1. Approved professional use
Named users may use SentinelGraph only for the healthcare legal, investigative, compliance, SIU, or program-integrity purpose approved in the customer's written pilot scope. Use must remain lawful, proportionate, professionally supervised, and subject to independent human verification.
2. Required review practices
- return to the cited primary source and confirm its current status;
- distinguish exact-identifier matches from name-and-state candidates;
- consider name collisions, stale records, shared facilities, and other ordinary explanations;
- treat scores as review ordering, never as a probability or conclusion;
- document the user's independent reasoning before relying on a lead; and
- comply with professional, ethical, privacy, evidence, and records obligations.
3. Prohibited adverse-decision use
SentinelGraph may not be used as a consumer report or for credit, employment, housing, insurance, healthcare or benefit eligibility, licensing, contracting eligibility, enforcement, referral, prosecution, or any other adverse decision. It may not be the sole basis for action affecting any person or organization. Users may not describe a lead, score, or connection as a finding or accusation of fraud or wrongdoing.
4. Prohibited data and access conduct
- no credential sharing, impersonation, or access for an unnamed user;
- no scraping, crawling, bulk-download, bulk-export, automated extraction, or rate-limit evasion;
- no resale, redistribution, publication, data brokerage, or model training;
- no deanonymization or re-identification of masked public samples;
- no security testing without prior written authorization;
- no attempt to access another pilot, disabled feature, source job, or administrative system;
- no false, misleading, harassing, discriminatory, retaliatory, or unlawful use; and
- no use that burdens a public-source publisher or violates that source's terms.
5. Sensitive information
Do not submit PHI, medical records, confidential client or case information, non-public investigative material, government-classified information, Social Security numbers, credentials, secrets, or complete payment-card data. The optional Ask and Help features are for general product questions and grounded interpretation of the displayed public graph, not private case analysis.
6. Automated and AI-assisted use
Users may not automate decisions, referrals, alerts about named subjects, or downstream actions from SentinelGraph output. Users may not prompt the service to ignore its safety instructions, invent evidence, make an accusation, or provide advice to prosecute or take another adverse action. AI-assisted text may be incomplete and must be checked against displayed structured data and cited sources.
7. Enforcement and reporting
Sentinel Graph LLC may rate-limit, suspend, or revoke access when it reasonably believes this policy has been violated or a security risk exists. Report suspected misuse or a compromised account immediately to probert@sentinelgraph.com.
