Public-source boundary
The current healthcare product is built from public-source records and versioned provenance. It is not designed to receive PHI or customer case files.
Minimal AI retention
Users are instructed not to enter sensitive material. SentinelGraph stores AI usage metadata, not user prompts or generated responses.
Recovery discipline
Operational backups are encrypted and recovery procedures are tested before a data release can replace the current serving version.
Sanitized operations
Application events record bounded technical metadata without request bodies, prompts, source records, or customer-sensitive content.
Human verification
A score, graph link, shared identifier, or public action is a review aid. Independent source and identity verification remains mandatory.
Do not submit sensitive material
Do not enter protected health information, medical records, confidential client information, non-public investigative material, authentication credentials, or other sensitive personal data into SentinelGraph forms or AI-assisted features. Security questions may be sent to probert@sentinelgraph.com.
