Why our pricing is structured this way
Every SentinelGraph plan is built around the principle that intelligence is only valuable if it stays protected. Our pricing structure reflects industry-standard safeguards used by leading B2B intelligence platforms.
Watermarked dossiers
Every per-lead dossier PDF — Pro, Enterprise, or Custom — is stamped with the subscriber identity, report ID, and a unique tracking fingerprint. We do not offer bulk CSV or XLSX exports at any tier; this is by design. Every download is per-lead, attributable, and traceable to its source within minutes.
Tiered access controls
Lead view quotas, API rate limits, and dossier-download caps are calibrated to support legitimate analyst workflows without enabling automated extraction. Each tier is sized for the user persona it serves, not for unrestricted harvesting.
Behavioral monitoring
Unusual access patterns — high-volume views in short windows, multi-region API access, or burst exports — trigger automatic account review. Real workflows don't trip these alerts; extraction attempts do.
Custom contracts
Custom subscriptions are annual-only and require a signed Data Protection Agreement. The DPA prohibits redistribution, automated extraction beyond stated limits, and use of the data to train competing models. Liquidated damages clauses make the cost of misuse vastly exceed any short-term gain.
Our goal is to make the data accessible to legitimate fraud investigators and compliance professionals while making it impractical for any party to misuse, redistribute, or extract the underlying intelligence.
Common questions about pricing
Can I start with a pilot?
Yes. Pro and Enterprise tiers can be pilot-tested for 30 days. Pilots include a guided walkthrough, sample matter generation, and a confidential review session. Contact us to set one up.
What happens if I exceed my monthly view limit?
You'll be notified at 80% of your cap and again at 100%. You can upgrade to a higher tier mid-month with prorated billing, or wait until the next monthly cycle resets your quota. We do not throttle access without notice.
Why is Custom annual only?
Custom tier provides national coverage with significantly higher view quotas. The annual commitment ensures alignment between SentinelGraph's investment in serving a Custom client (dedicated AM, custom integrations, signed DPA) and the client's own investment in incorporating our intelligence into their workflow. Monthly Custom creates incentive misalignment that we've chosen not to support.
Do you offer government pricing?
Yes. State and federal agencies (OIG, MFCU, DOJ, state Medicaid integrity units) receive specialized pricing and contract terms. Contact our sales team for details.
Is there a free tier?
We don't offer a free tier, but our Sample Data page lets you explore real masked records and preview the report formats before committing to a pilot.
