1. Agreement and order of terms
By using the website or accepting an Order Form that incorporates these Terms, the customer and each named user agree to these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. The Order Form controls if it expressly conflicts with these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Pilot offer
The standard offer is a healthcare investigative intelligence pilot sold by Sentinel Graph LLC for a one-time fee of $1,500 USD. The pilot lasts 90 days, includes up to five named users, is invitation-only, and does not renew automatically. Payment and a written pilot scope are required before access. No subscription is created by payment. New pilot enrollment, invoicing, and customer invitations are currently paused during the evidence-first validation program; this description is not a present offer to sell.
3. Accounts and access
Credentials are personal to the named user. Users may not share credentials or permit access by an unapproved person. The customer must promptly report role changes, departures, or suspected account compromise. Sentinel Graph LLC may enforce the five-seat limit, suspend compromised accounts, and expire access automatically at the end of the term. A new written agreement is required for any extension.
4. Permitted use and independent verification
The pilot may be used only for the approved healthcare legal, investigative, compliance, SIU, or program-integrity purpose stated in the Order Form. SentinelGraph is an investigative lead source. It does not make a finding or accusation of fraud, wrongdoing, liability, intent, program ineligibility, or regulatory status. A score, shared address, telephone number, official, or graph connection may have an ordinary explanation and is not proof of conduct by itself.
Users must review the cited source, resolve identity, assess dates and context, consider alternative explanations, and document an independent human judgment before relying on any lead. Sentinel Graph LLC does not conduct the customer's investigation or decide whether to contact, refer, sue, charge, suspend, exclude, or otherwise act against anyone.
5. Prohibited decisions and extraction
The service may not be used as a consumer report or for any purpose governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It may not be used for credit, employment, housing, insurance, healthcare or public-benefit eligibility, licensing, contracting eligibility, enforcement, referral, prosecution, or any other adverse decision. It may not be the sole basis for any decision affecting a person or organization.
Scraping, automated collection, bulk extraction, bulk export, resale, publication, redistribution, deanonymization of masked samples, model training, competitive benchmarking, and attempts to bypass access or rate limits are prohibited. See the Acceptable Use Policy for additional restrictions.
6. No legal advice or professional engagement
Sentinel Graph LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Use of the website or service does not create an attorney-client, investigator-client, fiduciary, consulting, or other professional relationship. Users are responsible for obtaining qualified advice and complying with professional, ethical, evidentiary, privacy, records, and legal obligations.
7. Customer inputs and sensitive information
Do not enter PHI, medical records, confidential client information, protected case material, non-public investigative information, classified information, Social Security numbers, or complete payment-card data. Customer-owned cases, saved research, private notes, reports, bulk exports, and dossiers are not part of the controlled pilot unless a later written agreement expressly adds them.
8. Fees, taxes, and refunds
Fees and applicable taxes are shown on the Stripe-hosted invoice. A customer claiming a governmental or other exemption must provide a valid exemption certificate; Sentinel Graph LLC will not assume exemption status. The pilot fee is refundable in full if an accepted pilot cannot be activated within ten business days. After any customer seat is activated, the fee is non-refundable except as required by law. If Sentinel Graph LLC terminates without customer breach, it will refund the unused portion of the pilot fee on a pro-rata basis.
9. Suspension and termination
Sentinel Graph LLC may suspend or terminate access for a security risk, unpaid invoice, violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, legal requirement, or conduct that could harm the service, sources, subjects, Sentinel Graph LLC, or others. Where reasonably practicable, Sentinel Graph LLC will provide notice and an opportunity to cure. Customer obligations relating to payment, restricted use, confidentiality, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and records survive termination.
10. Public sources, corrections, and availability
Public records can be delayed, incomplete, incorrect, duplicated, or changed by their publisher. Sentinel Graph LLC does not control upstream availability or accuracy. A user may report a potential source or identity error to probert@sentinelgraph.com. The pilot does not include a production SLA, guaranteed source coverage, guaranteed uptime, guaranteed lead volume, or a promise of a particular investigative outcome.
11. Intellectual property
Sentinel Graph LLC and its licensors retain rights in the software, selection and arrangement, scoring and matching methods, documentation, branding, and non-customer materials. The customer receives a limited, revocable, non-transferable right for named users to use the service during the pilot for the approved purpose. No ownership right in an underlying public record is claimed beyond rights in the compilation or value added by the service.
12. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE AND PILOT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” SENTINEL GRAPH LLC DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT. THE SERVICE IS A LEAD SOURCE, NOT LEGAL ADVICE, AN INVESTIGATIVE CONCLUSION, OR AN AUTOMATED DECISION SYSTEM.
13. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SENTINEL GRAPH LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, DATA, OR OPPORTUNITY. SENTINEL GRAPH LLC'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE WEBSITE, PILOT, OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY THE CUSTOMER FOR THE PILOT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY ONLY TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
14. Governing law
Texas law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve a dispute through direct discussion before filing suit, unless emergency relief or a legal deadline requires earlier action.
15. Changes, notices, and contact
Changes apply prospectively. Material changes to an active pilot will not reduce the agreed pilot scope without written agreement. Legal and support notices may be sent to the account email or to probert@sentinelgraph.com.
